certain projects require different guidlines, such as some handyman work may be quoted just as hourly labor, while bigger projects may be quoted by the job with materials and labor included in the quote.
Hourly Jobs are charged daily, While projects quoted by the job may require a deposit upon starting and a final payment upon completion
This is being added here due to issues in the past. if you have a dog that is not friendly or may be a risk to Jim or his helper. Please keep your dog contained and away from any possible altercation. I was attacked by a home owners dog who was well aware that the dog has attacked and bitten people before. if you have a dog that is friendly and doesnt have issues attacking people they are always welcome to roam as they please.

if the decision is made to withdraw from a project quoted "by the job" then the time spent on the project will be charged as labor and any materials unused can be returned for a refund. each project is unique so an equal agreement will be made according to the certain situation
